Cummings Home Improvements are a construction and remodeling contractor located in Melrose, MA. For over 10 years Cummings Home Improvements have provided their customers with the high quality construction and home improvement services throughout the greater Boston area including: Wakefield, Stoneham, Medford, Saugus, Reading, North Reading, Lynn, Swampscott, Nahant, and Beverly.
The Cummings Home Improvements project was a complete redesign of the company’s brand including all their digital and print marketing materials. We began by recreating and updating their their logo including colors that would ultimately be the basis for the website design.
The logo designed for Cummings uses a simple and elegant font and a sharp blue color that became the main color for their website design. The logo looks great online and on business cards, signs and all other types of printed marketing materials.
The Cummings Home Improvements website was designed to showcase their work using high resolution images and to maximize search engine visibility to help the small business find new customers. The website includes information about the most popular services provided by Cummings along with example pictures of their completed work.
To promote their new website we designed different materials to help them generate traffic from real potential customers including yard signs. The yard signs were designed with a blue gradient background and a large QR code leading to a mobile enabled landing page on their website.
The yard signs have helped to drive new traffic to the website from neighbors of existing customers looking to complete remodeling projects of their own.

UPDATE: The Cummings Home Improvements.com website has been a great success for the business. Their new marketing campaign has paid for itself many times over in the first 90 days prompting them to write a glowing recommendation on our Facebook page which is quoted below.
“I am a home improvement contractor located just outside of Boston, MA. I have had an active website for several years, that a “developer” designed for me. To compliment that I recently hired a media company to manage some online advertising for me. After 6 months and several thousands of dollars spent I realized my site was getting plenty of impressions, many clicks, but I had no contact from any prospective clients.
I knew Adam had just launched his own business so I consulted with him to get his opinion. Adam quickly identified several problems with my website, both technically and from a marketing point of view. I made the decision to listen to Adams advice and start all over again. He built a brand new site, took care of the launch and made several changes to my online advertising strategy. I literally got a phone inquiry the next day after the new website launched.
It has been 45 days since we launched and to date I have had 6 email inquiries, and 7 phone inquiries. 12 of the 13 inquiries are customers looking for the exact kind of work I was targeting. I have sold 3 of the twelve so far to the tune of about $24,000 in revenue. I still have one in the pipeline. One of the customers has also referred me to a neighbor and I am currently working with them on a proposal for a new 2 story addition in my area. This is, potentially, a $100, 000 deal. Adam was obviously right in his assessments and his advice. My wallet is very happy that I listened to him.
