To further Spire’s philosophy of providing a positive experience for consumers, Branding Arc implemented a self-help message service within Spire’s website. Clicking on the small chat icon at the bottom right of the screen brings up a message portal—powered by Freshdesk—to direct consumers to their desired location. Automatic suggestions like where to make a payment or how to contact Spire are displayed before any questions are asked.
