Current Roles
Katalina Dawson serves as the Executive Vice President at Branding Arc, where she leads the creative development of marketing materials and collaborates closely with clients to transform their ideas into impactful brand experiences. With a keen eye for storytelling and design, she ensures each project reflects the client’s unique vision and business goals.
In addition to her executive leadership at Branding Arc, Katalina is the host of the Career Path with Katalina podcast, produced in partnership with Receivables Info. Through thought-provoking interviews with leaders across the receivables and financial services industries, she explores diverse paths to professional success and highlights personal stories that inspire.
Katalina also proudly serves as a Board Member of Women of Debt Relief (WoDR), where she helps guide initiatives focused on mentorship, professional development, and community building within the industry.
Volunteer Service
Katalina is an active participant in several professional and industry organizations. She currently serves as Chair of the Website and Marketing Committee for Women of Debt Relief (WoDR), where she plays a key role in promoting the organization’s initiatives and expanding its digital presence.
At the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), Katalina currently serves on the Editorial Committee. She also served on the Editorial Committee in 2024 and was a member of the RMAI Membership Committee in 2023. Through these roles, she contributes to thought leadership and supports the growth and engagement of the professional community.
Career History
With a strong foundation in marketing and event management, Katalina Dawson brings fresh energy and perspective to the receivables industry. Though still early in her journey within this space, she is driven by a commitment to long-term growth, innovation, and making a meaningful impact.
Outside of her professional accomplishments in marketing, Katalina’s career path has been anything but conventional. Her journey has included working as a professional magician in Las Vegas, performing as a rent-a-princess at children’s parties, modeling for fashion and lifestyle brands, and acting. These creative and performance-oriented roles nurtured her passion for storytelling, stage presence, and connecting with people—skills she carries into her executive leadership today.
As her career evolved, Katalina focused her creativity through copywriting and event marketing, gradually moving into strategic leadership roles that allowed her to blend vision, voice, and direction. Her background continues to shape her approach to marketing and professional communication, making her both a unique and dynamic presence in the receivables industry.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, Katalina is passionate about horseback riding, writing, fashion, paleontology, archery, and camping. She also enjoys movies and books and is constantly eager to continue learning new skills, always seeking out new experiences that feed her curiosity and creativity.
