Leah Snyder, VP of Operations
Ms. Snyder is responsible for coordinating the executive activities of the international team; defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guidelines; and the management and oversight of critical business administration within the company. Since joining the team in June 2021, Ms. Snyder’s industry background in collections and client management as well as her professional dedication and steadfastness in her role have led to increasingly expanded responsibilities throughout the year. She has continually exceeded expectations and proven her critical value within the organization, adeptly helping Mr. Parks to lead the company through expansion while he balances his concurrent roles as 2022 President of Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) and Chief Marketing Officer of Plaza Services, LLC.
Chris Perez, VP of SEO
Mr. Perez joined the Branding Arc team in 2018 as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. He has been essential in shaping the SEO department, growing the team, and planning/executing/monitoring strategy for each client. Mr. Perez leverages his professional background and experience as a Search Engine Evaluator and Developer to continue to develop the company’s services. His expertise and leadership are highly valuable to the success of clients’ digital reputation management goals as the company continues to expand its brand protection services.
Katie Head, Director of Content
After several years in the ARM industry, Ms. Head joined the team in January 2021 as a Content Creator, ghostwriting content for client websites, blogs, press releases, and social media. She is passionate about helping clients set a high bar to attract quality talent and quality creditors while providing solutions with integrity within the receivables management and financial services industries. Her focus is on developing high-quality content that enhances SEO value, builds unique client voices, and strategically strengthens client brands. As a Director, Ms. Head will be responsible for leading the Content Team by collaborating with Mr. Perez for content planning, developing fresh content, providing consistent quality control, and monitoring workflow to best meet clients’ content needs and goals.
