New Chapters in ARM Industry
With all that’s taken place in the regulatory and economic landscape over the past year, and with a quarter-century of growth in the books for RMAI, 2022 is primed to be a new chapter for ARM businesses in many ways. Adam has held various marketing and operations positions within the ARM industry brokerages which give him a broad set of experiences and relationships. Adam is the CMO of debt buyer Plaza Services, a founding partner of digital marketing firm Branding Arc, and the founder of ComplyARM, a leading compliance consulting firm that was sold in 2019. He also currently serves as President-Elect on the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) Board of Directors.
