Spire Recovery Solutions is a professional collection agency in Lockport, NY. The company was founded by U.S. Veterans Joseph Torriere and Jacob Torriere. Fresh New Logo

We love to develop fresh new looks for our clients. We are always deliberate in creating designs unique to each client, and we coordinate openly with our clients for input and final approval. Based in Niagara County, NY, Spire’s logo features 3 peaks in reference to the landscape, a circle to represent their expertise in the full circle of the recovery cycle, and a bold red for the founding brothers’ patriotism and history as veterans.

Website Design & Hosting

To further Spire’s philosophy of providing a positive experience for consumers, Branding Arc implemented a self-help message service within Spire’s website. Clicking on the small chat icon at the bottom right of the screen brings up a message portal—powered by Freshdesk—to direct consumers to their desired location. Automatic suggestions like where to make a payment or how to contact Spire are displayed before any questions are asked.

One of our specialties at Branding Arc is website development. We design websites that are flexible and responsive to meet the needs of the large and growing percentage of consumers who are browsing and making payments directly from mobile devices. With regard to Spire Recovery Solutions, Branding Arc provided the design, website content, and website hosting and development. We worked with the Spire team to understand their voice and position within their industry to develop an approach that suits their needs. We’re proud of how the Spire Recovery Services website is clean, thorough, and navigable for consumers, as it is largely used by account holders. As the users of Spire’s site are typically consumers, we created consumer videos hosted on YouTube to integrate within the relevant Spire website pages. Not only does this provide increased consumer access to important information, but it also helps to optimize search engine results so internet users can quickly and efficiently locate accurate information when performing a keyword search about the company.

To further Spire Recovery Solution’s goals of reaching new audiences and expanding brand awareness, Branding Arc worked closely with the Spire team to create sponsored thought leadership content. Spire employed our marketing services to give voice to their outreach efforts and company news. We develop original content to share on their company news page, industry news outlets, and Spire Recovery Solutions Facebook and LinkedIn accounts. As a company founded by veterans, the Spire team has a strong focus and commitment to charitable giving to military-related nonprofit organizations such as Naked Warrior Project, FeedMore WNY, Shriners Hospital for Children, and more. The team also gives back to local nonprofits to help vulnerable populations in their local community of Western NY.
