Branding Arc implemented a self-help message service within Spire’s website. Clicking on the small chat icon at the bottom right of the screen brings up a message portal—powered by Freshdesk—to direct consumers to their desired location. Automatic suggestions such as where to make a payment or how to contact Spire are displayed before any questions are asked.
Branding Arc provided the design, content, development and hosting for the Spire website. We worked with the Spire team to understand their voice and market position to develop an approach that suits their needs. The site is largely used by account holders, and digital accessibility is crucial to providing round-the-clock access for payments and account management.
