Branding Arc Sponsors NCBA 2020 Executive Experience

Branding Arc Sponsors NCBA 2020 Executive Experience

The National Credit Union Bar Association proudly announces sponsorship for its highly anticipated 2020 Executive Experience event, further enhancing its reputation as a leading organization in the credit union industry.

Branding Arc is proud to be a sponsor of this year’s National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA) 2020 Executive Experience that will take place on October 21-23 in Phoenix. This hybrid conference will feature educational and networking opportunities for association members both in-person at the JW Marriott and through the virtual experience attendance option.

Adam Parks, CEO of Branding Arc, will host an engaging and interactive session, How to Protect Your Most Valuable Asset Reputation and Crises Management, Friday, October 23rd at the NCBA Executive Experience. A thought leader and brand innovator in the receivables and debt collection industry, Adam will share ideas, tools, and insight to help attendees evaluate and elevate their reputation. In his presentation, he will review the essential building blocks for creating positive brand messaging specifically in the creditor’s rights space. He is looking forward to discussing the unique communication challenges for consumer, potential client, and regulator audiences, and how to best navigate and counteract negative bias from the media. New technology, cybersecurity, and search engine optimization are all priorities in today’s environment, and this session will offer a roadmap to optimal marketing success. Participants will walk away with actionable items that will help them critically examine their online reputation, build their public relations toolbox, attract more clients, and, ultimately, collect more money.

All attendees and participants have already taken their first step in bringing notoriety to their brand by simply aligning with the mission of NCBA and joining their industry peers at the conference. Liz Terry, Executive Director of NCBA (National Creditors Bar Association) recently joined Adam for an episode of Receivables Roundtable, a video series featuring industry notables discussing relevant topics, trends, and emerging issues affecting us today. In their discussion, they highlight the continued need for these industry events through uncertain times and the importance of the educational experiences and networking opportunities provided through NCBA.

Branding Arc is sponsoring the NCBA Executive Experience as part of a strong commitment to staying up to date with both marketing and industry trends, compliance policy, and relevant changes that affect creditors rights law firms and the in-house counsel of creditors. Adam finds “incredible value in the strategic partnerships gained through NCBA connections” and is “optimistic about the industry’s ability to adapt to change by offering a hybrid component for this conference.” Branding Arc is a sponsor for the event’s golf outing on Thursday morning, providing participants with an opportunity to network and enjoy Arizona’s fall weather. Adam says that “sponsoring and presenting at this event is a natural fit for our firm’s dedication to the association and the industry.”

NCBA 2020 Executive Experience will provide professionals with opportunities to network, meet service providers, and stay current with relevant content through educational sessions and roundtable discussions. Initially scheduled in Atlanta earlier in the pandemic year, the 2020 Executive Experience is taking place October 21-23 at the JW Marriott in Phoenix, Arizona. Registration fees from the Atlanta event will be honored and online registration is available for both the in-person and virtual sessions through the NCBA registration page. Participation in the golf outing is also available through online conference registration.
