Branding Arc is recognizing one of our team members, Eryn Fiondella, for earning certification as a Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP). This certification demonstrates her commitment to staying apprised of industry trends and regulatory compliance updates and her drive for industry professionalism and positive forward thinking.

“Since entering the industry, I have found a blossoming enthusiasm for the processes and procedures that are the foundation of the ARM industry. I have always been passionate about doing things ‘the right way’ and reaching this milestone in my personal and professional journey is very exciting,” says Eryn. “Compliance is embedded in every product and service that Branding Arc provides to our clients across the globe and my CRCP certification demonstrates my commitment to our culture of compliance and adherence to best practices, especially with regard to the protection of the consumer. Each day, our team works together to make certain that we are developing the services and providing the products that meet the demands of our clients and keep them in alignment with the evolving rules and regulations that guide our industry. My new CRCP designation is an outward reflection of my strong internal motivation to advocate for our industry and desire to work together to achieve more. I am excited to join the highly-respected group of fellow Certified Receivables Compliance Professionals and will be a good steward of the RMAI reputation and uphold the high standards of the organization.”

As one of our team’s favorite sayings goes, “a rising tide lifts all boats.”

Continuing Her Compliance Journey

Eryn Fiondella joined Branding Arc in 2018 from an extensive background in special education and compliance management, managing compliance requirements for the 10th largest public school district in the US. As an Exceptional Student Education Coordinator for nearly 18 years and special education teacher for 3 years prior, Eryn dedicated 21 years to implementing all processes required for federal compliance of FTE, managing audit data, and overseeing the district-wide implementation of multiple state and federal rules and regulations governing special education including IDEA, ADA, and more.

Her duties also included confidential record maintenance, coordinating educational services for student populations, writing grants, and implementing staff development and workshops. Her experience in the classroom and in her administrative capacities have enabled her unique skill set of writing engaging copy for technical subjects. Eryn also had a zeal for the interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution aspects of her position. She successfully built long-term, positive relationships between peers, families, agencies, & schools that promoted deep-rooted trust while continuing to teach part-time in various special education roles throughout the years.

“Eryn’s exceptional talent for developing and coordinating ideas from whiteboard to reality has been a perfect fit for helping to lead our marketing team during a period of rapid growth. She is a tenacious problem-solver and dedicated leader. She truly enjoys working with clients and continuing to grow in her industry knowledge. After shifting from a field with one type of compliance and nuanced knowledge to another, she has quickly become well-versed in the ARM industry as further demonstrated by the CRCP certification. She always brings the utmost professionalism, positivity, and adaptability to the table and we’re so thankful to have her on our team,” says CEO Adam Parks.
