Katie Head Earns Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) Designation from RMAI

Announcing Katie Head’s RMAI CRCP Certification

Branding Arc is recognizing one of our team members, Katie Head, for earning certification as a Receivables Management Association International (RMAI) Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP). This certification demonstrates her commitment to staying apprised of industry trends and regulatory compliance updates and her drive for industry professionalism and positive forward thinking.

“I’m always eager to learn more and understand the industry with greater depth, so I’m appreciative to Branding Arc for supporting me in earning certification. I enjoy being involved with RMAI because I know their work is ultimately making a difference in the lives of consumers by promoting industry self-regulation and high standards of best practice. I believe our industry is vitally necessary but the reputation or connotations associated with it aren’t always warm. Hearing from so many industry leaders and influencers throughout the professional development webinars has further solidified my desire to be a positive contributor to what’s on the horizon. My goal is to help improve the overall industry reputation and be on the side of the many professionals who are committed to doing business with integrity. Despite what outsiders may believe, I know from experience there are a plethora of extremely dedicated, caring and conscientious people and businesses out there striving to do things right and making amazing contributions to the community through company giving and volunteering programs. Now is our time to show consumers and regulators what we’re about.”

Commitment to the Industry

The Branding Arc team is dedicated to positively representing and contributing to the accounts receivable management industry and its continued forward movement. We believe this must be propelled in part by the ongoing growth and education of its professionals, the consumers we serve, and the general population. CRCP certification and RMAI involvement are one way we have committed ourselves individually and as a company to fulfilling those goals. As one of our team’s favorite sayings goes, “a rising tide lifts all boats.”

Experienced Receivables Professional

Katie Head comes to Branding Arc with over 3 years of experience in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry working in various capacities at InvestiNet, LLC, a full services account receivables management firm in Greenville, SC. During her first year, she worked as a Media Generalist, a role in which she processed Satisfaction of Judgment, Assignment of Judgment, and Substitution of Attorney requests for clients and collectors. She spent the following 2 years working as a Disputes Specialist and specialized in processing, researching, remediating, and responding to a variety of consumer disputes in tandem with clients and 3rd party collectors. Katie also has 3 years of experience as a Librarian in various capacities. She especially enjoyed her time as Reference Librarian where she found a passion for research and adult education, including helping adults grow in personal finance education. During her time as a Librarian, she coordinated and hosted the library’s Money Smart Week, a nonprofit Federal Reserve/American Library Association consumer finance education initiative.

“Katie has been a tremendous asset to our team. She is creative, knowledgeable, and engaged in industry news and events,” says CEO Adam Parks. “Katie attended her first RMAI Annual Conference virtually this year and generated many thought-provoking questions and content development discussions from the sessions. In her time with Branding Arc, she has proven herself to be a reliable professional who genuinely cares about consumers, clients, financial literacy, and compliance, as evidenced by her commitment to attaining the CRCP certification. The entire team is proud of her dedication to our industry and we look forward to her many future successes.”
